Welcome to London!

A lovely project by my 4th grade students who collected information from the internet about famous London landmarks, found them on the map and made posters.

So, if you plan a visit to London, don't miss these sights!!

You can also take a virtual tour with us.

And if you feel like it, you can try this listening activity by Learn English Teens - British Council.

Growing into good citizens

This year, our school was a proud member of a large community (Νοιάζομαι και Δρω) that promotes volunteer work and solidarity.
We organised and took part in many activities, inside and outside our school, to raise awareness among our students that helping other people is vital!
We would like to live in a better world, we would like to make a difference.

Our 4th graders did some brainstorming on what it means to be a good citizen. And here are the results.

Recycle, Reduce, Reuse

Three key terms, three magical words for the survival of our planet!
My students decided that they should take action to save the environment!
They need to recycle paper, plastic and metal.
They need to reduce their rubbish.
They need to reuse anything that can be reused!

They made posters to persuade and inform their schoolmates!

They also watched relevant videos!
